• Drives store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; manages inventory and merchandising.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, trains, and mentors.
• Ensures compliance with policies and the Open Door Policy and ethical standards.
• Attracts and retains talent and promotes a culture of belonging.
