Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management in Grapevine, TX. The role drives store performance, manages budgets and staffing, and leads a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, mentoring, and implementing operational initiatives while maintaining Walmart's standards. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, cost control, and community engagement within a large retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Attends and successfully completes all trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and providing feedback to associates across store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring, training, mentoring and setting clear expectations.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports Walmart values and Open Door guidance in daily operations.
