Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Assist culinary staff with safety and sanitation.
• Maintain storage areas and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Check delivery accuracy against invoices.
• Remove trash and clean containers; wash dishes and equipment.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house duties.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies as needed.
• Distribute supplies and equipment as required.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
