Job summary

Compass Group USA at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, is hiring for full and part time Executive Steward roles. Open availability required; location: 2315 Murray Hill, Cleveland, OH 44106.

Pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The Executive Steward will supervise non-cooking kitchen workers, enforce sanitation standards, maintain equipment, and manage weekly schedules and inventory of china, glass, and silver across restaurant, room service, and banquets.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate non-cooking kitchen staff.
• Ensure sanitation standards and procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory of china, glass, and silver.

Responsibilities

• Implement, oversee and follow up on sanitation standards.
• Ensure food service equipment is secure and maintained properly.
• Prepare weekly schedules and assign personnel as needed.
• Maintain control over inventory of china, glass and silver.
• Oversee supplies for restaurant, room service and banquets.
• Ensure supplies of critical items at required stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
