Qualifications

• Experience in safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines (dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, glass crushers).
• Assist culinary staff with safety and sanitation.
• Keep storage areas clean, rotate stock using FIFO.
• Check delivery accuracy against invoices.
• Segregate and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Wash dishes, posts, pans, utensils and equipment.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas with proper lifting.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
• Distribute supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
