Qualifications

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Assist culinary staff with safety and sanitation standards.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and keep storage areas organized.
• Check delivery accuracy against invoices.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house as requested.
