Job summary

Compass Group USA at the University of Oklahoma is seeking an Associate to maintain kitchen and warehouse spaces and keep equipment clean and in good working order. A tentative start date is August 3rd.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, operating dishwashing and sanitation equipment, supporting culinary staff, rotating stock using FIFO, checking deliveries, and assisting with loading, unloading and banquet setup. On-site role with a focus on sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Keeps storage and work areas clean and organized; rotates food using FIFO method.
• Operates dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Assists culinary staff with safety and sanitation standards.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; observes safe lifting standards.
• Assists with banquet setup and front of house as needed.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
