The role involves receiving, storing and inventory of supplies, maintaining sanitation and following HACCP guidelines. Prior customer service experience is preferred and open availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and inventories all departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Stores food and supplies in correct containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to oldest product first.
• Orders food and supplies based on product specifications.
• Secures designated storeroom areas and follows security procedures.
• Transports food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food.
• Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment.
• Completes daily, weekly or monthly reports on time.
• Identifies and uses cleaning chemicals per MSDS.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
