Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Bonner is seeking a Lead Steward responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the kitchen. This role also oversees sanitation and washing of all dishes used in Food and Beverage outlets.

You will lead Stewards, direct daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and satellite stations, and ensure high sanitation standards while prioritizing exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Lead Stewards to maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation daily.
• Lead and direct Stewards in the operation of the kitchen.
• Direct the cleaning of all equipment in kitchen and dishwashing area daily.
• Direct the cleaning of satellite stations and equipment daily.
