Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC is seeking a Lead Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support CSPD across the organization. You will supervise instrument handling, assembly, packaging and sterilization processes to ensure safe patient care.

The role requires 5+ years of CSPD experience, current national certification, and strong leadership for training and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and current national SPD certification.
• Candidates should have extensive experience in sterilization and instrument handling.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant CSPD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training and competency validation for CSPD staff.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Maintain quality control to uphold patient safety and compliance.
• Communicate regulatory changes for sterile processing and attend accreditation surveys.
• Decontaminate, assemble, package and repair instruments per IFUs and protocols.
• Operate sterilization equipment (steam autoclaves, ETO, gas plasma) and log records.
