Qualifications

• Seven years of SPD experience or a Bachelor's + three years SPD experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex workflows; knowledge of Excel, Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules daily central sterile staff, ensuring work quality and productivity.
• Trains subordinates on sterile processing procedures and provides daily guidance.
• Develops unit schedules to meet supply and service needs, consulting on operations and improvements.
• Oversees central sterile supply inventory and routine maintenance/calibration of equipment.
• Identifies equipment issues and coordinates service or repairs as needed.
• Contributes to process improvements and personnel decisions.
