Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Unit Manager, Station Training for our Ground Handling Department. You will train new and existing station staff, ensure airport familiarization, and demonstrate proper use of equipment and vehicles.

The role requires airline supervisory experience and strong organizational skills to coordinate with management across teams. Starting salary is competitive and benefits are provided; travel perks are included.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline supervisory experience (ticketing, gate, ramp preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality on-the-job training for our new employees and continuous learning for our employees in the station.
• Conduct airport familiarization for new hire employees.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands‑on training for de‑icing follow‑up after all training events to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support when special events are scheduled.
