Job summary

Piedmont Airlines seeks a Station Training Supervisor in Ground Handling to deliver on-the-job and ongoing training for new and existing staff. The role covers equipment use, de-icing training, and post-training compliance follow-up, reporting to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.

Two years of airline experience preferred (ticketing, gate, ramp), with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with all management levels.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to defuse conflicts among team members.

Responsibilities

• Assign a variety of tasks and assignments to new hire employees, including airport familiarization.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands-on training for de-icing.
• Follow up after training events to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support when special events are scheduled.
