Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of lending products across QuickBooks.

You will shape how credit surfaces inside invoices, payroll, and cash flow, ensuring offers appear when needed and are easy to understand. You will collaborate with product and data science, read funnel data to decide what to build next, and mentor other designers while advancing the lending design system.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product design experience, preferably on large-scale consumer or small business products.
• Proven track record of owning a product area end to end, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft, and fluency with design systems.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Experience designing for experimentation — shaping tests, interpreting results, and iterating on what you learn.
• Ability to convey ideas through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping, and to bring stakeholders along with a clear narrative.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and mastery of craft.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence Design, Product Management, and Engineering partners.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your design workflow to improve quality, speed, depth or exploration.

• Collaborate across product teams to ensure lending products complement rather than compete.
• Advance the design system for lending to enable fast, consistent shipping.
• Articulate rationale to partners and mentor senior/mid-level designers.
