Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a principal-level product leader for QB Capital to scale cash-flow-based lending with a credit and product lens. You will translate borrower data into strategic bets to unlock origination growth and align stakeholders across Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing.

You will own the roadmap, design policy proposals, and build the analytical case for new product bets that improve business KPIs while balancing growth and risk.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of product management experience with P&L or portfolio-economics accountability.
• Ability to connect data and credit thinking to product decisions including underwriting logic and risk/return tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical fluency (SQL and portfolio/data analysis at minimum).
• Experience as a senior IC, able to set direction and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to move between underwriting mechanics and executive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for QB Capital's cash-flow-based lending products, balancing origination growth against portfolio economics.
• Partner with Risk and Data Science to translate underwriting and pricing strategy into shippable product, including eligibility and borrower-facing experience.
• Use QuickBooks data and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities in origination.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap spanning acquisition, eligibility, underwriting, offer design, and servicing.
• Be the connective tissue between Credit/Risk, Data Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and GTM.
