Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in API-driven platforms or large-scale financial technology.
• Deep lending domain experience including loan origination, underwriting workflows, and banking integrations.
• Proven ability to translate complex lending requirements into reusable, configurable platform capabilities.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, risk, treasury, and partnerships to balance product flexibility with regulatory controls.
• Experience working with multiple origination banks and funding models.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Origination Platform strategy and end-to-end roadmap.
• Define reusable platform services, APIs, and configurable workflows for multiple lending products and funding structures.
• Partner with engineering to drive platform design decisions balancing extensibility, scalability, and speed to market.
• Establish standardized origination APIs, data contracts, and event-driven workflows across products.
• Enable faster product launches and more efficient bank integrations with configurable platform services.
