Job summary

Humphreys County Care and Rehab is seeking a leader to plan, develop, and direct speech language pathology and audiology services within the facility. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, ASHA guidelines, and facility policies while coordinating care with medical staff.

The role requires a valid state license in the relevant therapy discipline and preference for skilled nursing experience, with responsibilities including team leadership, documentation, and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid unrestricted license in the state for the therapy discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct speech language pathology and audiology services.
• Coordinate delivery of services with physicians and ASHA guidelines.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure documentation, billing and coding for services.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
