Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid, unrestricted Virginia license required.
• Experience in speech-language pathology services and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs delivery of SLP services and programs.
• Coordinates KPIs and reporting for the SLP department with Rehabilitation Director.
• Ensures documentation, billing, and coding comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintains equipment sanitation and safety in treatment areas; participates in team meetings.
• Assists in discharge planning and supports residents’ functional communication and swallowing needs.
