Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Idaho to guide a team across Apparel & Accessories, Home, Baby, Core Beauty and Electronics, delivering exceptional guest service and driving store performance.

You will lead scheduling, merchandising, coaching, and daily operations, while upholding Target's guest experience commitments in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and development opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target's service standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Lead multiple departments and a team of hourly associates, including interviewing and retention.
• Ensure store operations: merchandising, planograms, scheduling and backroom processes.
