Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead a team of hourly associates including interviewing, coaching, evaluating and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and department priorities.
• Support backroom processes, merchandising, and replenishment to keep the floor stocked and inviting.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding; model ethical conduct and safety.
