Job summary

Topline Heating & Air is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our Lancaster, PA team. The role requires scheduling and qualifying appointments, handling calls, and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of direct appointment setting experience, strong English communication, and reliability. Must be available weekends and work on-site in Lancaster, PA 17603, ET hours from 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent direct appointment setting experience required.
• Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and text messages to prospective customers.
• Follow company scripts and processes to qualify leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendar.
• Handle basic customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM.
• Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals.
