The Joshua School is seeking a Lead Teacher to manage and enhance educational and behavior-analytic programming for a caseload of students. You will train and supervise staff within a multidisciplinary team and participate in onboarding and staff development.

Responsibilities include leading classroom culture, coordinating with Directors and Specialists, and ensuring fidelity to treatment plans while maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• Leads classroom program development and oversight.
• Supervises Instructional Assistants and support staff.
• Applies behavior analytic practices to student programming.
• Trains staff on treatment programs and data collection.
