Job summary

The Joshua School in Boulder, CO seeks a Program Director to oversee behavior analytic, educational, and vocational programming for a caseload of 15–25 students. You’ll supervise licensed teachers, behavior analysts, and instructional staff, and coordinate with families and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology or related field or 5+ years supervisory experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in applied settings with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• BCBA certification preferred; Colorado teaching license with SPED endorsement preferred.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise multiple tasks and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavior analytic, educational, and vocational programming for a caseload of 15–25 students.
• Supervise licensed teachers, behavior analysts, other specialists, and instructional assistants.
• Manage enrollment, intake, and collaboration with families and community partners.
• Assist in program budgeting and working with finance on timecards and expenses.
• Coordinate with campus-wide teams for staff training and program development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
