Job summary

Vista Autism Services seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Technician-ABA to execute IEP and treatment plans, and to take a lead role in teacher absence. You will train new hires, link classroom BHT-ABAs with MDT members, and coach the team to apply evidence-based practices in school and community settings.

You will perform high-quality documentation, supervise staff, and uphold professional interactions with families while supporting clients through ADLs and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• Vista crisis intervention training required.
• Ability to implement, train, and coach other staff on the implementation of services.

Responsibilities

• Fully implements client plans across school and community environments.
• Completes daily documentation and high-quality session notes.
• Coaches staff on evidence-based practices and classroom procedures.
• Assists teacher in materials management and activity development.
• Maintains professional relationships with families.
