Job summary

Vast, based in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Integration Supervisor to lead a team of integration technicians in support of Haven Station hardware development. This full-time, exempt role requires strong leadership, aerospace assembly experience, and a solid ability to read engineering drawings and harness layouts.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering, adherence to aerospace standards, and potential for occasional overtime to meet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years hands-on aerospace integration or related high-reliability hardware manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading technicians in production, lab, or cleanroom environments.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, harness layouts, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with MES/ERP tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift activities for a team of integration technicians and set priorities.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs between shifts to maintain critical path builds.
• Train, mentor, onboard, and develop technicians.
• Manage workforce allocation and time tracking to meet milestones.
• Supervise integration of flight hardware across assembly, routing, and harness installation.
• Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, schematics, and quality specs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineers to resolve blockers and non-conformances.
• Promote DFM feedback with engineering to improve work instructions and tooling.
