Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Program Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules for complex space programs. You will evaluate scope, milestones, and resources, drive baseline reviews, and provide schedule analysis to support program objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated master schedules, baselines, and forecasting models.
• Strong understanding of critical path, schedule risk analysis, and EV concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional scheduling activities and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan).
• Data analysis skills and familiarity with Power BI/SharePoint/Jira for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedules, baselines, and planning methodologies.
• Evaluate scope, WBS, milestones, resources, and dependencies to build executable schedules.
• Lead schedule planning meetings, baseline reviews, and updates across functions.
• Coordinate activities and progress updates across programs and departments.
• Assess schedule performance, critical path, variances, forecasting, and risks.
• Ensure schedule integrity through health assessments and baseline control.
• Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for reviews.
• Support program reviews, customer meetings, and cross-functional planning.
• Maintain scheduling documentation, baselines, change records, and forecasting data.
