CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to manage multiple space-focused programs in a fast-paced environment. You will create and update MS Project schedules with SMEs, ensure cost/schedule integration, and monitor EV metrics across programs.

The role requires strong scheduling and financial management experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This is a full-time position with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with spacecraft development and EV management.

Mansioni

• Create/update MS Project schedules with SMEs.
• Provide scheduling support to programs and operations.
• Maintain cost/schedule integration and EV metrics with WBS.
• Develop reporting formats, scheduling protocols, and processes.
• Support proposals and monitor schedule performance.
• Provide status reports to PM and Engineering leadership.
