CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts for spacecraft development programs in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. The role focuses on creating and maintaining schedules, integrating cost/schedule performance, and supporting proposals and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience.
• Experience supporting spacecraft development.
• Experience with scheduling and financial management of projects.
• Knowledge of earned value measures (SPI/CPI).
• Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create/update MS Project schedules with Subject Matter Experts.
• Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations.
• Maintain cost/schedule integration and earned value with the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Support development of reporting formats, scheduling protocols, processes and software selection.
• Support new business in proposals and monitor schedule performance.
• Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.
