CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex, high‑value programs from strategic planning to execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development, ensuring projects meet contractual, financial, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of related experience, or Master’s with 8–12 years.
• Extensive knowledge of program management and cross‑functional execution.
• Experience in program lifecycle management, financial and risk management, and contract execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, program mgmt tools, and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high‑value programs with integrated strategies, schedules, and milestones.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, integration, and customer delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with organizational priorities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for complex programs and strategic engagements.
• Lead program reviews, executive briefings, and contractual discussions.
• Build long‑term customer relationships to enable future opportunities.
• Communicate performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Development.
