Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead integrated master schedules for complex space programs. You will evaluate scope, milestones, and dependencies, conduct baseline reviews, and drive schedule health and recovery planning.

The role requires coordinating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to ensure on-time program execution. Strong CPM, schedule risk analysis, and EV concepts are essential, as is experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years in program scheduling or a related field; a master's with 3–6 years is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated master schedules, forecasting models, and schedule performance analyses.
• Strong CPM, schedule risk analysis, earned value concepts, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedules, baselines, and planning methodologies for complex programs.
• Evaluate scope, WBS, resources, milestones, and dependencies to create executable schedules.
• Lead schedule planning meetings, baseline reviews, and lifecycle updates.
• Coordinate schedule activities across multiple functions to support program execution.
• Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, variances, forecasting, and risks.
• Ensure schedule integrity with health assessments, baselines, and recovery planning.
• Produce schedule reports, dashboards, metrics, and analyses for reviews and decisions.
• Support customer meetings and cross-functional planning with schedule recommendations.
