Moog Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer to lead the design, development and production of custom space electronics.

You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, FPGA and software designers, along with test engineers, to deliver robust solutions on time and within budget. The role requires a strong EE background, deep systems engineering experience, and proven ability to manage requirements, risk, schedules and cross‑site teams, while serving as a primary technical

Competenze

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• 5+ years leading EE PCBA design and embedded FPGA/ASIC projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and managing cost, schedule, risk.
• Experience deriving and verifying electronics requirements; familiarity with requirement databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

Mansioni

• Serve as lead engineer and technical point of contact to customers on space electronics.
• Provide cross-functional team leadership across development, qualification, production.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and scope creep.
• Derive and verify product requirements across stakeholders; coordinate verifications.
• Support bid/proposal activities with scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Author analyses, test procedures, and assist in design verification testing.
