Moog is seeking a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and production of space electronics at the Gilbert, AZ facility. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers on design, development, and production programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals. Requirements include a B.S.

in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred) and 5+ years in electronic systems with PCBA, embedded microprocessor/FPGA/ASIC design.

Qualifications

• B.S. Electrical Engineering is required; MS preferred.
• 5+ years in electronic systems leading EE PCBA/embedded design.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead engineer and technical point of contact for design, development and production of custom space electronics.
• Provide effective leadership to cross-site engineering teams across development and production programs.
• Manage budget, schedule, risk, and technical execution for assigned programs, including scope control.
