Job summary

Kohler Hospitality, including Kohler Waters Spa at The American Club Resort in Kohler, WI, is seeking an experienced spa department leader. You will oversee staff, manage schedules, mentor new hires, and drive revenue through retail and service excellence.

Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, aligning with budget targets, and participating in operations and training programs to elevate guest experiences. This role is onsite with weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required.
• Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds.
• 6+ years' experience in licensed field.
• Acts as Lead in respective area within Kohler Waters Spa.
• Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring.
• Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs).

• Serve on the Operations Team and participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.

Location: Kohler, WI

Specific Responsibilities

This is a full time role with shifts on weekdays & weekends between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $18.30 - $27.50 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
