Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stonecrest is seeking a Lead Spa Front Desk Associate to guide the front desk team, drive membership sales, and train staff. A friendly, energetic personality will help sustain relationships with members and guests while managing a busy schedule and maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role offers flexible hours with part-time or full-time options, a strong emphasis on customer service, and opportunities for advancement as you master our service menu

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Spa and/or Receptionist experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team of Spa Associates.
• Meet membership sales goals.
• Coach team members.
• Have detailed knowledge of the menu of services and training will be provided.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Communicate sales, promotions and service options to clients.
• Assist with reporting and maintain spa cleanliness.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to boost team morale.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and file documents.
