Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the Cook Team in assigned areas, ensuring food quality, presentation and safety, while supporting the Restaurant Chef to develop the team.

You will supervise production, assist in menu planning, manage staffing, control costs, maintain sanitation, and mentor staff. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; AFC certification preferred; ServSafe required.
• Associates degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cost-control skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Cook Team to ensure quality, presentation and safety.
• Assist in menu planning and daily specials; adjust production as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage staffing levels and shift schedules; monitor labor costs.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Oversee production and presentation of foods for outlets; ensure consistency.
• Support events and catering operations; ensure proper food safety practices.
