Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to oversee final food preparation, plate presentation, and service flow.

You will work under the Sous Chef to ensure timely, safe, and consistent dish quality while maintaining sanitation and organization across stations. Responsibilities include coordinating with cooks and servers, ensuring correct order delivery, and upholding ServSafe standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required unless waived by Human Resources Management.
• One year of kitchen experience including food preparation and cooking.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety; food handlers certification required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final elements of food preparation and service; assist with delivery.
• Set up and maintain stations per prep sheets, safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and organize kitchen areas; ensure proper labeling and rotation of food.
