Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a resort settings preferred.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques.
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items for service.
• Label and date products for safekeeping and sanitation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and presentation accuracy.
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff during service.
• Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups; work as a team.
