Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional culinary experience.
• Hotel, resort, banquet, or high‑volume culinary experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and supervise shifts.
• Ensure recipes, standards, and presentation per guidelines.
• Monitor kitchen flow and service times to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus, events and special requests.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist with prep and operations during peak service periods.
