Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to specifications in a timely manner.
• Measure ingredients and portions precisely.
• Coach kitchen staff to maintain standards and sanitation.
• Operate knives and equipment safely (grills, ovens, steamers, warmers).
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure fresh supplies.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and storage.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitized.
• Open/close kitchen and support Executive Chef.
