Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects kitchen quality, appearance, sanitation.
• Leads kitchen team in the chef's absence.
• Guides junior staff in food prep and service.
• Oversees stock/ingredients when Exec not present.
• Maintains FIFO and proper dating of products.
• Keeps service line prepped during peak hours.
• Monitors quality and presentation of dishes.
• Works with head chef on organization and training.
