Sous Chef at Crow's Bench, part of Alterra Mountain Company, leads the kitchen in partnership with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality, scratch-made alpine cuisine. You will supervise staff, uphold hygiene standards, and help with menu planning and inventory management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Front and Back of House teams and a commitment to Schweitzer's culture of excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of Restaurant kitchen and line cook experience.
• English reading and writing, plus basic math required.
• Idaho Food Safety Certification required or test upon hire.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff in collaboration with Head Chef.
• Lead kitchen staff through service and ensure quality standards.
• Plan and direct food preparation for Crow's Bench operations.
