Snowpine Lodge in Alta, Utah, is seeking a dynamic Chef de Cuisine to lead our award-winning culinary team. You will partner with the Executive Chef to design menus, oversee prep, and ensure every dish reflects our standards of excellence.

Bring 5+ years of cooking experience, 2+ years of leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This full-time role offers competitive pay ($29–$32/hr) plus overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a vibrant mountain lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years cooking experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality field preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of culinary operations with the Executive Chef.
• Lead menu creation and food preparation.
