Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring for a full-time Sous Chef at 9601 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef, coordinates cooks and food-service staff, and steps in when the Executive Chef is absent.

Responsibilities include cooking to recipe standards, supervising staff, ensuring sanitation and safe food handling, maintaining equipment, and assisting with service during peak hours.
