Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by illustrating the art of what’s possible with the platform. You will tell a differentiated story that maps to business objectives and guides complex evaluations.

This is a remote-first, full-time role with in-person onboarding in San Francisco. Travel up to 25% may be required. Compensation varies by geographic zone and may include equity and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Consultative approach; passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Strong storytelling in discovery and/or product demo sessions

Responsibilities

• Partner with 2-3 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities across Enterprise
• Guide customers through evaluating the company platform to meet business objectives and technical requirements
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight platform benefits
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
• Influence product direction for enterprise with customer voice
