Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead pre-sales and technical leadership for Public Sector accounts. You’ll educate customers on our distributed network, train new users, create documentation, and align technology strategy with client goals.

You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with strategic guidance while operating primarily in remote settings across the United States.

Qualifications

• Understanding of internet technologies including OSI model layers 1–7 and networking protocols.
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure and networking configurations.
• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical discussions and implementations with Public Sector prospects to generate and expand business.
• Lead demonstrations, requirements discovery, and PoCs in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Advise customers on best practices, product features, and strategic guidance within the company platform.
• Travel 30–40% for meetings, conferences, and coordination with teammates.
