The role is remote-first within the United States, with an in-person onboarding in San Francisco and travel up to 25%. Compensation ranges are described by geographic zones and include base salary and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
• Knowledge of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to tell compelling stories during discovery and demos.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple opportunities, ensuring on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through evaluation to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and business case development.
• Present demonstrations highlighting value of the platform to solve customer objectives.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials as appropriate.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice; travel up to 25%.
