Job summary

Coinme, the world’s largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge product, engineering, and business development. You will scope integrations at the intersection of legacy payments and Web3, guiding customers through ambiguity and building rapid demos with AI.

Translate complex requirements into concrete technical plans, design reference architectures, and de-risk deals by collaborating with Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with fund flows, settlement, reconciliation.
• Experience with legacy payment systems and real-world integration constraints.
• Prior experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to support late-stage deals and technical evaluations.
• Lead technical discovery with customers on payments integrations.
• Map customer models to scalable payments architectures.
• Translate requirements into concrete integration approaches.
• Design references: architectures, diagrams, and walkthroughs.
• Act as technical authority in customer conversations.
• Demonstrate expertise in payment authorization, conversions, metrics.
• Use AI tools to build demos and prototypes in sales cycles.
• Identify gaps between product capabilities and customer needs.
• Explain roadmap vs bespoke work and negotiate tradeoffs.
