Job summary

Mesh Security is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge pre-sales and product teams, owning demos, APIs, and SDK implementations to accelerate customer onboarding. You will design and articulate scalable solutions, craft playbooks, and enable self-service workflows for a diverse client base including fintech and crypto sectors.

You will mentor customer engineering teams, share best practices, and collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product to shorten sales cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Data, or equivalent.
2–5 years in sales/solutions engineering or equivalent.
Startup experience valued.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and demo software like Coast.
Knowledge of crypto/fintech and blockchain.
Technical skills: Coding, API/SDK, AI, automation.

Responsibilities

Serve as solutions/sales engineer, building strong customer relationships to drive rapid implementation.
Design and implement pre-sales solutions, including analytics, processes, and infrastructure.
Optimize tools and data to enhance internal workflows and deal closing.
Guide customer teams on SDK/API best practices for broader rollouts.
Triage and resolve technical issues between prospects/customers and internal teams.
Travel occasionally for strategic customers, company meetings, or events.
