Job summary

Stripe’s Privy team seeks a highly technical, organized, and customer-obsessed Solutions Engineer to own the technical journey for our most strategic customers. You’ll quarterback complex integrations, coordinate with Account Management and Forward Deployed Engineers, and ensure rapid issue resolution with clear communication.

This high-leverage role sits at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, requiring you to move fast, stay unblocked, and deliver production-ready solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical judgment and comfort in complex customer environments.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Strong ownership and a bias toward action.
• High customer empathy and sound prioritization.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and keep workstreams moving.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for Privy’s most important customers end-to-end.
• Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and launch coordination.
• Drive integrations to successful completion.
• Unblock customer issues quickly and with urgency.
• Coordinate technical follow-through across internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Account Management on customer health and escalations.
• Work with FDE when bespoke technical work or product development is needed.
• Route long-tail issues to Support Engineering and surface recurring pain points.
