Job summary

Coinme seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development. You will translate legacy payments systems and customer constraints into clear, workable integrations using Polygon’s payments stack and Web3 infrastructure.

You will guide customers through ambiguity, scope integrations, unblock deals, and build demos rapidly with AI tools. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to shape

Qualifications

• Experience translating legacy payments systems to modern integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to support late-stage deals and technical evaluations.
• Lead technical discovery with customers around complex payments, fund flows, and compliance.
• Map customer models to scalable payments architectures.
• Translate requirements into concrete implementation approaches.
• Design integrations involving wallets, APIs, KYC/KYB, onboarding, risk/compliance services, widgets, SDKs, hosted components, and embedded experiences.
• Create reference architectures, integration diagrams, and technical walkthroughs.
• Be the technical authority in customer conversations when needed.
• Demonstrate expertise in payment authorization rates and conversion metrics.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate demos, prototypes, and technical docs.
